How to Place an Order

We offer two ways to order your performance costume: a ready-made design or a fully custom creation.

Option 1 — Ready-Made Design

Choose a design and size

Select the model you like and choose the appropriate size from our size chart.

Submit your order (no payment required)

Place an order on the website without making a payment at this stage.

Order confirmation & details discussion

Our manager will contact you using the phone number you provided to confirm all details, including design specifics and delivery preferences.

Secure payment via PayPal

After all details are approved, we will send you a secure PayPal payment link.

Production & worldwide shipping

Once your costume is ready (production time: 5–7 business days), we will ship your order worldwide using any delivery service convenient for you.
The average delivery time is 3–5 business days.
A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

Option 2 — Custom Design Order

For a custom-made costume, you can:
submit a request through the form on our website, or contact us via Instagram, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
Our team will personally guide you through the process, discuss your concept, measurements, timeline, and shipping details.
